Scope

This policy covers the private Sysenv Personal MailBroker integration used only by its owner. The public pages at this domain collect no personal information and use no analytics, advertising, accounts, forms, or cookies.

Google data accessed

MailBroker requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. It submits the owner-approved outbound message to Gmail. It does not use the Gmail API to read, modify, organize, or delete mailbox data.

How data is used

Google authorization is used solely to send the exact message displayed to and authorized by the owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or training.

Storage and retention

The OAuth refresh credential and access-token cache are encrypted on the owner's Mac under a Profile-specific, biometric-gated device secret. They remain there until the owner revokes or rotates the authorization.

MailBroker keeps local Action and Attempt metadata needed to prevent duplicate sends and reconcile outcomes. These records contain identifiers, timestamps, state, and bounded provider classifications; they do not store the message body, recipient list, or OAuth credentials.

Sharing

The authorized outbound message and OAuth request are sent to Google only to perform the requested Gmail send. Sysenv Personal does not sell or share Google user data with third parties.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke the authorization from their Google Account and remove the local MailBroker credential at any time. Revocation prevents further token refresh and sending.
